last couple of years ... putting on my big girl panties and getting it
done this morning!!!

I heard something today – not just with my ears, but with my heart. A guru – that I would normally ignore – made a statement about healing – that hit me hard. She said “ when the pain becomes more unbearable then the fear of doing something different - when that happens - you are ready to change “. I am ready.
